Foglight
A Botanical Tea

When the fog rolls in, put the kettle on.
THE STORY.
Foglight was created for the days when your throat and lungs are asking for a little extra tending. We built the blend around mullein and elderflower, two herbs with long histories of traditional use in preparations for the respiratory system.
Because usefulness was only half the assignment, we wanted Foglight to be something you could actually look forward to drinking: warm, aromatic, comforting—a cup worth lingering over even when you’re feeling perfectly fine.
Keep on hand for cold weather days, changing seasons, and whenever you’re feeling under the weather.
HOW TO USE.
For a cup: Place a serving of Foglight in the provided tea bag and place in 10-12 oz freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. (Keeping your tea covered while it steeps helps hold in the aromatic compounds that would otherwise escape with the steam.)
Enjoy warm, with a little honey if you like.
A note about mullein: The soft, velvety leaves of mullein are covered with very fine hairs that can be irritating to the throat if they find their way into your cup. A fine-filter tea bag is included with your Foglight for this reason. If you prefer to brew your tea loose, strain it carefully and thoroughly before drinking.

Mindful Use.
A note about the aster family: Foglight contains goldenrod, a member of the Asteraceae family. If you have a known sensitivity to plants in this family, such as ragweed, daisies, chrysanthemums, mugwort, or chamomile, we recommend proceeding cautiously.
